The local conference organiser will open the conference on Monday, 16 March 2026, at 09:00, in the AudiMax.

In the evening, between 19:00 and 21:30 the welcome evening will be held in the Heinrich-Lades-Halle (Rathausplatz 1, 91052 Erlangen) to kick off the conference week, to which all registered conference participants are cordially invited and where old contacts can be maintained and new ones made in a relaxed atmosphere.

Snacks and drinks will be served.

Please wear your name badge, which you will receive upon registration at the conference office. Entry to the welcome evening is only permitted for registered participants!
