The submission of contributions will be possible from 1 Oktober 2025 until 15 December 2025, 23:59 Central European Time. The conference will take place in person and no presentations can be given or viewed online.

We want to draw your attention to a special format at the DPG Spring Meeting: The Hacky Hours, organised by AKjDPG, AKPIK and AGI. Here, you have the possibility to present your own favorite tools, which ease your daily scientific life, to an interested audience and learn and discuss about the favorite tools of your colleagues. The time slots consist of invited talks and talks from participants and plenty of time for open discussions. Please choose part AKjDPG, AKPIK or AGI for the submission (latest until 16 January 2026).

The tools presented in the last years can be found under: https://hacky-hour.dpg-physik.de

The authors will be notified at the same time as the programme will be published (on 6 February 2026) whether their contributions have been accepted and when the presentations (talk or poster) will be given.

Conference registration is required for all participants, including those giving oral presentations, presenting posters, or attending without their own contributions.

*Invited speakers will receive a separate invitation link for submitting their abstracts and registering for the conference.
