Foreign visitors must be in possession of a valid identity card or passport when entering Germany. In general, EU citizens do not require a visa. Participants from countries requiring visas should contact the Federal Foreign Office or the German consulars or diplomatic representations in their home country for further information.

As a conference participant you can request an invitation letter via the provided form.

Please attach a legible copy of your passport showing your name, date of birth, and passport number.

Invitation letters will only be sent by e-mail and only to participants who are registered for the conference and have submitted a contribution (presentation or poster).

No invitation letters will be sent after 22 February 2026.
